Huge Time Disparity for Orders on Paizo via Amazon

I have a question. I tend to pre-order with amazon all my paizo content because it comes according to the site directly from you and to boot I have many gift cards I redeem through amazon. As of late I have noticed there are huge disparities in times of the product release here on Paizo, to the release date for the preorder on Amazon. I know this is Amazon showing the date but since it is your product I want to know if you as a company are purposefully holding off the product to any resellers after a period of time.

My request specifically targets the Pathfinder Adventure Game: Skulls & Shackles Base Set, though I have seen minor disparities with other products (usually a week or 2 apart)

According to Paizo it is already out. This link to amazon shows Jan 2015! As I said I really want clarity so I know if this is a bug on Amazon or a business effort on Paizo's side.

Search messageboards for "amazon + vic + date" and you will see a whole lot of posts like the one above.

Essentially, Amazon's system for predicting dates is horrid.
