Hey there!

I'm about to start playing a storm druid as replacement character in our Skulls and Shackes campaign. My goblin alchemist recently was forced to leave the crew after he ate a little girl so I had to make a new character.

He's going to be a caster type storm druid focussing on the lightning spells and water stuff.

Now I wanted to have a cool picture representing him, but struggled to find one. I was a little surprised as I thought that kind of character is pretty stereotypical somehow but I just didnt find anything good.

Now I'm asking you whether you maybe have some idea which picture I could take.

That is pretty good in general but I'd like to have a little less "shiny" one. Not sure how to explain but it should maybe have some kind of (minor) pirate flavor. Maybe even a ship in the background?

My DM said he doesnt like it for not being really piratish:(

I'll probably go along with it, but in case someone has something that can also convince my DM stormdruids fit in the pirate theme, I'll keep checking this thread!

Try using search terms that describe the appearance of what you want instead of literal class names, like "storm mage" "storm wizard", "storm god", etc.

Be more lateral in your search strategies.

Diesney pirate. All other chars have pretty stereotypical pirate visualizations. Honestly I think the one you posted earlier already is pretty pirate but appearently not enough... seriously, never ever dealt so much with a character picture, hasn't ever been important before :(

@LazarX I've been trying a lot of cobinations actually - even in different languages, but the result so far was rather disappointing.

edit: ah, okay, he does not like the comic style of that picture you posted bbt:(

I mean, at some point, you might as well photoshop a lightning storm behind a picture of Captain Morgan, and be done with it.

Haha, no, guess pirates of the caribbean would be more than fine as he uses its soundtrack all the time and says that is the flavor he wants to have in his campaign:D
