Scribing Scrolls

Homebrew and House Rules

I am thinking of relaxing the rules about only being able to craft only 1 scroll a day, and allowing a player to scribe any amount of scrolls up to the 1000gp limit.

Wealth gain doesn't seem to me to be much of an issue, as at 3rd level they can take wondrous item and churn out 1000gp minor items if they wanted to. I can handle that issue. But I just wanted to check if there was any other potential pitfalls I was overlooking.

Thanks for the help

My rule is 8 hours, they can't spend more than 8 hours in a day crafting items.

If the Scroll only takes 2 hours to scribe, then they can scribe up to 4 of them.

I think it's mentioned in the Ultimate Campaign, a section about crafting time's and how long the average individual would typically "work" in a day.

"Scribing a scroll takes 2 hours if its base price is 250 gp or less otherwise scribing a scroll takes 1 day for each 1,000 gp in its base price." ~Pathfinder Core Book~

Consider these things and the Crafting Rules in the Skills Section.

Can't you just add multiple spells to the same scroll? This increases the cost of the scroll but in this manner you could have multiple "scroll spells" produced per day. I'm at work with certain sites blocked so I can't check the rule, so I might be wrong on this.
