I have a question about vindicator shield: what does it mean "struck in combat"? You lose that bonus if you get hit once or does it last till the combat ends?

I'd rule it's when you get hit.

There's an FAQ about this already. The bonus lasts until an enemy resolves an attack against your AC. Touch attacks don't count.
