Flamboyant Arcana and Panache

Rules Questions

Interesting thought as I consider multiclassing Swashbuckler (Inspired Blade) and Magus:

1) If I take Swashbuckler at 1st level, then multiclass into Magus and take the Flamboyant Arcana magus arcana, is there any synergy between the two or do I have two completely different power sources fueling the same abilities?

2) Also, in taking Swashbuckler at 1st level and Magus thereafter, do I even have to take the Flamboyant Arcana, or can I take Arcane Deed instead since Flamboyant Arcana and 1st level Swashbuckler offer the same exact deeds?

3) Does a multiclass Swashbuckler/Magus with the Flamboyant Arcana regain Panache points the way a Swashbuckler normally does, as opposed to the specifics in the arcana? I guess this feeds into whatever answer is arrived at for question #1.

I do see where the Flamboyant Arcana states that arcane points-as-panache does not function for deeds gained from other classes and feats, but it seems weird that in a feature that appears as if it's suppose to provide synergy between the Magus and the Swashbuckler that there's no "if you already have X ability from Y class, then <insert differing bonus>" sort of statement.

I didn't see them as synergistic. It was to give the Magus a swashbuckling feel. The book explicitly states that multi-classing into parent classes will leave you with redundant abilities. I see no reason that wouldn't extend to the other optional rules and archetypes.

1) different pools
2) You may still want flamboyant arcana to power those deeds with Arcane points
3) Remember that allowing you to spend Arcane points as panache doesn't make your AP actually panache. You still regain Arcane points normally.

It would essentially give your 'swashbuckler' the ability to active a few deeds using their arcane pool, which is somewhat more abundant than panache. It'd work especially well with a magus archetype that gave up spell recall, as then you mostly just need to enhance your weapon and have AP to spare. My magus is going for that arcana as well, since she's a hexcrafter and I envisioned her as a good swordsman.
