Was wondering what the status of this order is and if any item in particular was holding it up.

Hello Harry,

I've looked into your order, and it seems that there are a few things that are holding it up. Firstly, you've got the Character Add-On deck and promos in there, which are currently experiencing some difficulties. We are unfortunately unable to ship those out at the moment, so our solution for now is to put them into the sidecart to await the next available subscription order.

It also seems that we are currently waiting on more of the Adventure Card Game deck protectors, so those are holding up the order as well.

I wanted to check with you before I moved anything around, since there are a few different options here. Either I can move the deck protector, Character Add-On deck, and promo cards to your sidecart and get your Adventure Mat sent out by itself. Alternately, I could let the order pend until everything is ready, or put the whole thing into your sidecart so that items may ship out with subscription shipments as they become available.

Please let me know what you would prefer, and I will make sure that it gets taken care of as quickly as possible.

Just to verify, when you say I have the promos and Add-on deck in this order are you referring to the character mats or the actual character add-on deck and promo cards themselves.

This order should only have character mats, adventure mat, and those deck protectors.

You're right, it looks like I misread the item names, and did not realize that they were the mats! I think my coffee was probably wearing off at that point in the day yesterday. Sorry about that!

With that being the case, it looks like it's just the Deck Protector holding up the order. In order to get the rest of your items shipped out, I've moved the sleeves to your sidecart and gotten the rest of your order moved down the queue. It should be processed and shipped shortly, at which point you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

The deck protectors should remain pending in your sidecart until we receive more in our warehouse, at which point we will make sure to get them into your next available subscription shipment. If you have any questions or concerns in the meantime, just let me know.
