Hi: I'd planned to pickup this order at Gen Con and it was charged to my account on 8/5. I wasn't able to get to the booth until Sunday, and most of what I needed was gone... So I didn't pick anything up. How long will it take to get the order shipped to me, and is there anything I need to do? The order status says complete, and hasn't been updated, so I'm a little concerned.

Hello Dave,
I don't believe that there's anything else you have to do. It can take a little bit to sort through all the orders that were supposed to be picked up at GenCon but weren't. We are still working on this, but hopefully will be able to make some good progress on it soon.
If it's still been a while and you haven't seen any change in your order, let me know and I will be sure to look into it. Otherwise, we are going to try to get through these as quickly as we can. Let me know if there are any other questions that you may have in the meantime.

OK; nothing has changed, nothing has been updated, I've have no emails about the status of my order and the September subscription authorizes tomorrow.
At this point it's been almost five weeks since I paid for my subscription in full and I don't even have a shipping confirmation; it still states that the items were picked up August 5th. It would have been much faster at this point to have cancelled that order; reversed the charges, and ordered everything new. I'm the only subscriber in my gaming group; but I'm the only one without an Advanced Class Guide in my hands.
Is there any escalation for this?
