Studied Target seems okay since you can use it more often than Judgments and it seems like most of the time Inquisitors are just using Justice anyway.
But how do you leverage your sneak attack?
Would you focus on flanking and your flanky teamwork feats?
Improved Feint, perhaps with one of the Inquisitions that let you bluff with Wisdom?
Would you go the Dazzling Display/Shatter Defenses route? I don't think you can get Shatter Defenses until 8 or 9 unless you multiclass, but if you multiclass you delay getting sneak attack to use with Shatter Defenses.

Animal Domain and the Pack Flanking feat? Being able to fight adjacent to your AC and still count as flanking is pretty solid, because it would allow you to utilize both Outflank and Paired Opportunist, since one keys on flanks and the other keys on being adjacent. Great if you go for an AoO oriented build, possibly with stuff like Broken Wing Gambit.
A one level dip in Brawler would allow you to qualify for Combat Expertise without needing 13 Int, and since most teamwork feats are also combat feats, you could use Martial Flexibility to pick them up and reap the benefits of Solo Tactics. Or you could take Snakebite Striker and get more Sneak Attack dice. Since Animal domain gives you an AC at level -3, you could take Boon Companion and still get a full progression AC even with a one level dip.

The animal companion idea is not bad.
I hate multiclassing with the Inquisitor though since it slows down a lot of your cool stuff.
I was thinking of something like:
Human
Tactics Subdomain
1 Intimidating Prowess, Toughness
2
3 Power Attack, Precise Strike
4
5 Weapon Focus
6 Outflank
7 Dazzling Display
8 Combat Trick - Shatter Defenses; War Domain - Furious Focus (or other flex feat as needed)

Adding to this thread cause I want to get as Crazy High Damage As possible with an Dwarf Witchunter Santified Slayer of Gorum!!
Traits: Glory of old, Fortune's Favored
1Domain (Rage), Ferocious Strike, Studied Target, Spell Sage, Orisons, Steel Soul
2Cunning Initiative, Knowledgable defense
3Solo Tactics, Precise Strike,Power Attack
4 SA1d6
5 Studied Target +2, Bane,Blindfight
6 Outflank, Spell Scent
7SA2d6,Combat Expertise
8 Slayer Talent- Cleave,RAGE
9Teamwork Feat,Moonlight Stalker
10 SA3d6, Studied Target +3
11 Stalwart,Combat Reflexes
12 Gtr Bane, Teamwork Feat
13 SA4d6, Superstition, Raging Vitality
14 Witch's Bane Judgment

17 Slayer Talent-Dreadful Carnage, Witchunter ,Spell Penetration

20 Slayer Talent, Studied Target +5
The idea is to stack MOONLIGHT STALKER with Greater Invisibility
for
+2 To Hit and Damage
SA always on with Concealment (GTR INVIS)
add RAGE! via domain.
So with a Move to Study a target, a Standard to cast GTR INVIS and a free action to rage and a SWIFT for BANE
+2 to hit and Damage (moonlight stalker)
+4 Str RAGE
+2 hit /2d6+2Bane or 4d6 GTR BANE
+6D6 SA
+5 Hit/Damage Studied Target
Weapon is of Course a Furious, Courageous Greatsword
and 1 more round for a Divine Buff Spell like Divine Power
also Mega Saves via Steel Soul, Glory of Old, Hardy, Witchunter
Pretty Good?

Makes much more sense now lol.
