Hope GenCon was awesome!

I received this order. All was present. However, all the Gargantuan Blue Dragon promos arrived loose and out of their boxes. One was also broken from it's base. It was my understanding (also from pic and past orders) that these items were new in box. Looking for clarification and remedy.

If you could shoot me a picture of the damaged miniatures to erik.keith@paizo.com I'd be glad to review the damages and offer you further assistance accordingly. I'd prefer you email me directly over the CS inbox so I can get this sorted for you as soon as possible. Thanks!

Frustrated with delays.

I have followed up as requested by emailing Erik Keith the photos over a week ago. Still no response or resolution.

Sorry about that! Erik has actually changed departments and is over helping the tech team with bug testing at this point. Can you please resend the pictures to customer.service@paizo.com and post on here when you have sent them?

Thanks! We got the picture. Doing some checking with the warehouse to figure out what happened here, because something does seem off. We'll figure out what happened here and what we can do for you.
