Hey,
I figure that with GenCon there is a a delay in response from the customer service email, but any idea how long that delay is?
Sara Marie just posted that they currently have 1331 emails in their queue. I'm not sure how that translates into time, but a good week or more, I'd expect.
I figured that would be it.
