I must say I am so incredibly angry and upset at your shipping methods come august every year. I realize you want to have products to sell at gencon, considering how big of a deal it is, but it is very unfair for a non subscriber to go there and buy the new products before you've even shipped to subscribers.
Now once again I'm stuck waiting 3 or more weeks after gencon to get my new products.
You need to find a new solution. At least give out the pdfs. You can charge for them, charge me $1, he'll charge $10, something.
I will not put up with a third year!!!

You are completely right. It totally sucks and I'm sorry. We're trying to get things repaired and moving again as quickly as we can.
Its been an insane month and I'm sorry customers, including subscribers, are being affected by it. We're doing our best and fastest to throw the engines in reverse and get this cleaned up asap.
