My August order, order 3223524, was submitted on the 4th, but it has never been shipped and is still pending. Is shipping just delayed because of the busyness of the month, or is there something else going on I need to know about?
Also, on a slightly different matter, but I'll put it here for simplicity, I would like to change my email address to wicht@uplink.net, but for some reason the system will not recognize it as a valid email address.
