Hey gang. Total PFS newb here. I played a Saturday morning scenario and then the big Stonelord scenario Saturday night. I've gotten credit for the morning Assault on the Worldwound scenario on the web page, but nothing has shown up for the Stonelord scenario as of yet. Is there usually this big of a delay? Should I be concerned?
Thanks in advance.

Actually, I think there's now three or four people working through the stack of events (thanks to the new Delegated Reporting facility for events)
There are around 1500 tables to enter data for. I know my GM records have all but 3 of my events already, so they're WAY ahead of last year's input rate for Tueday after the show.

I am curious, how many here make sure the info on their chronicle matches exactly with what is reported on the website?
As long as you have your chronicle sheets (signed), that is what truly is important, that overrides anything on the site. There are scenarios of mine that haven't been reported at all (although only a couple) and one of them said I played it twice (which isn't true).
I have long stopped trying to get my reported information to match my chronicle sheets.

Remember - the paper copy *is* the official record. The tracking/reporting is mainly for the benefit of the PFS staff and Paizo - see what's popular, which authors are getting their scenarios played more often, etc. Even if it never gets recorded, your paper copy is still the most important record of having played/run something.
(If you're really worried about it - scanning in your paper copy ensures that even if you lose it, you're still good to go)

It is possible it was recorded but maybe the number looked like a different number, maybe the wrong key got pressed. I once had credit for a convention from another state I hadn't been to since before pathfinder. Someone had entered the wrong number. Heck, I got credit for a game at gencon on a character that was already dead instead of the character I had played. Thousands of player numbers are entered in a very short time frame, some of those numbers are gonna get entered wrong. Likely at this point that is what happened. I wouldn't worry too much.
Scanning a copy is good advice, I might do that sometime down the road.
