I ordered a bunch of books (Dark Heresy and extras) at the end of June this year. I was charged for the order on June 25th and it was shipped a few days afterwards. I still have not received the shipment.
Is there some way that I can check what is happening with the shipment? Whether it got lost or is stuck in customs somewhere. I would really appreciate the help.
The order number is Order 3160816.

Reviewing the contents of the order I would encourage you to check with your local postal providers to see if they have additional information regarding your shipment. All of the packages customs information looks to be accurate so it should have gone through customs successfully. Please contact your local postal provider as well and see if they have any further information. Let me know if they were unable to assist you, and I'll be glad to take further action on your behalf. We have additional copies of all of the books with the exception of:
Warhammer 40,000—Dark Heresy RPG: Game Master's Kit
This book is currently out of stock and on backorder from our supplier. If you would like I can set up a replacement to the rest of the books and offer a refund for your Game Master's Kit. Once the shipment leaves our facility it should take an estimated 6 to 10 business days to arrive.
If you would prefer I can instead wait for the original package to be returned to us by the postal services and refund you the full purchase value of all of the books. Let me know which you would prefer and I'll be glad to assist you further. Thanks!
