I don't see anything in the season 6 guide about it, but I'm not sure that's where it would say...

If it is not located in the retirement section of scenarios, it is not currently retired. When it becomes retired, it will be moved to the retirement section. Until that time, it remains a valid play option.

Thank goodness this was not retired as I played it today, and while it's a short scenario, it's a goodie...
