Nocticulas gift to a rogue

One of my players accepted Nocticulas gifts. He is a sneaky back stabbing guy who wanted something that allowed dimension door once a day. I don't know of any items and im sure its over the 15000 gp limit. So my question, any item do that and whats a good gift for Mr. Rogue?
