How easy will it be for PC's to make technological equipment?

Assuming they take all of the required skills & feats will PC's gain access to a permanent base or location with the needed labs and generators for crafting sometime in the AP? I can see a lot of PC's being disappointed in taking Craft Cybernetics or Pharmaceuticals but yet never get a chance to use them because they never have access to labs long enough to make it worth it.

Talk to your GM.

There WILL be some opportunities to find various laboratories to build tech in during the course of the Adventure, but not immediately.

Spoiler:
Unless the GM changes it, the earliest PCs will start to gain access to laboratories for item creation will be the 3rd adventure; the assumption of the AP is that for at least the first 2 adventures, it's more of a "use the items you find" rather than "use the Technology Guide as a store or to-do list."

Thanks. Since this had so many requirements I put this on the same level as ranger favored enemy and such. "Sorry Joe you just won't get the chance to become a street doc since you won't have lab access." Waiting is good though and seems appropriate. I for one just want to make goo-tubes as soon as possible.

It's kinda set up that way because swift and easy access to all the tech items in the book (which is what Item Creation essentially allows) is not only something that many GMs won't want (and we wanted to build in a way they could throttle that), but just as importantly, the creation of tech items in-world is controlled by the Technic League. If just anyone could start making technic items on their own with ease, the whole point of the League would be moot.

The character I built for this AP (a scarred rager) is purposely built a little weak (13 str) because I was hoping for a few 'cyber up grades' an arm or cyber fiber muscles.
Im excited they've been included.
Im a little bummed the arm only mimics a natural arm and looks like one too.
and a little bummed I can't get just one eye to give me a bonus to , say Archery.

Im considering on just using Cyber art to make my cyberpunk arm, but I may just do that with a mis-matched armor look.

The character I have is basically a Warduke Meets Pathfinder elf from castrovel.

I'm probably not the one going to be using laser guns

But power armor and HUD helmets might be on the shopping list.

Really hoping to be able to construct or find some kind of a Laser torch/elven curved blade!

Wooo HOOO!

What would happen to an oracle with clouded vision curse, that installed cyber eyes?
Ot one with the lame curse than installed cyber legs?

It's a curse, so I'd rule that the cybernetics would malfunction.

All my chrome will look retro like Glory from Shadowrun Dragonfall. Also this will be happening: http://www.gods-inc.de/macavity/shadowrun/cybernetics/chainripp.jpg

Sure, I'll have to craft a brand new weapon to make this work but I mean...look at it, it begs for creation. It wants to exist.
