Combining of orders (PACG subscribe & class decks)

I became a subscriber recently and so-so know how here everything must work. I just want to make sure my two orders #3229110 and #3170194 will be sent together. Also I wish to specify if it is normal both my orders to have the status "Pending"?


Anybody here? I am worrying.


Yesterday at 8:02, my time, is after hours for Paizo, and they don't (normally) work weekends.


Damn. I just read the last blog post ('Late to Class'), and now I don't want to combine my orders.

Sorry about that. As per your most recent update, we will not be combining these orders.

For future reference, for changing shipping options (like adding to the sidecart to ship with a future subscription order), are you taking the following steps?:

From the shopping cart, hit the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
This should bring you to a section with different numbered buttons that you can click on.
Click on "Step 2 - Shipping"
Click the button that says "Change Shipping Details"
This should should bring you to a page the will display all available shipping options and methods for the order at the time is it being placed.

Also, it is normal for subscription order to remain "pending" for a little while. The warehouse usually ships each month's subscription orders out over the course of a couple of weeks. For this month, they started shipping sub orders on the 6th, and expects to have the bulk shipments wrapped up by the 22nd (our window is a little longer this month, because of Gen Con). I don't know how long you will "pending" my PACG subscription. But I know now I do not need this order any more soon (my consolidated package from the USA to Russia is already sent and the next one will only be a month or one and a half months later). Therefore I wish again to combine these two orders.


Today I found out about your sidecard feature. I would be happy if you place both these orders to the sidecard.
