Thanks for letting us know about this. It looks like the system goblins are being greedy this month and trying to hold on to some of the sidecart items. Sorry about that!
I have poked and fixed things, and you should get an email confirming the new order information.
In the future, when you get the first email that is just confirming that the subscription order has been created, if you see anything that seems like it's missing, or seems amiss, or just want to make any changes, please let us know as soon as possible. It's much easier for us to fix things before orders ship. Thanks!
