Hello I received an email saying that my card was declined although I definitely have money in the account and have used the card with other websites overseas. Have re-added my card details so could you please re-process the order? Thank you.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience with this. It looks like it's actually related to a bug on our side that's been popping up on some new subscriptions. I have fixed it for your account, so it should be good now. You should get an email confirming that the order is approved.

The warehouse started shipping August subscription orders yesterday and expects to be shipping them out through August 22nd, so you should get a shipping update in that time frame. You can also keep an eye on general August subscription and shipping updates here:
