New GM / Player seeking help with chronicle sheets

Hi folks. So I'm hoping once I outline my problem, someone will see my oversight and be able to help me correct it.

The problem is that I GM'd Thornkeep's Accursed Halls module (tier 1-2, repeatable), and the character I assigned my GM credit to is showing up with the following message:

"Player has already played scenario at session # 2 of event..." so on and so forth. Because of this, it seems to be denying both prestige and credit to the character whom I assigned my GM credit.

My question is: why? Did I do something wrong here in filling out the report, or misunderstand the way GM and player credit work? My understanding is that tier 1-2 is repeatable as both a GM and a player, *as long as you don't play with or apply credit to the same character*. I played Accursed Halls once with Character1, and I GM'd it twice, each time assigning credit to separate characters in the level range (call them Character2 and Character3).

I am hoping someone out there can sift through my post here and help me to either correct my misunderstanding, or confirm that I'm right, haha. Thanks in advance.

Your understanding is correct, that's just the message that the system shows for any repeatable content. You should be fine

Perfect. Thank you for the quick reply.

If you count up the scenarios you've run you'll also see that the system still counted it as two tables worth of GM credit, too, despite no Prestige showing.

Yeah, the reporting system can't handle evergreen scenarios and modules properly.
