Issue with pre-orders

I have three pre-orders for products that were supposed to be released this month, however they are not on the list of items in the order notification I just received for my monthly subscription.

They currently show no address assigned.

If possible, I'd like them included in my subscription shipment.

It looks like the pre-orders were all submitted as individual orders, rather then being submitted to the sidecart to ship with an upcoming subscription. I have moved them to the subscription order, and you should soon get an email confirming the updated order information.

For future reference, for changing shipping options, are you taking the following steps?:

From the shopping cart, hit the "Proceed to Checkout" button
This should bring you to a section with different numbered buttons that you can click on.
Click on "Step 2 - Shipping"
Click the button that says "Change Shipping Details"
This should should bring you to a page the will display all available shipping options and methods for the order at the time is it being placed.
