Hi, my order shipped out on the 16th of July, and it supposedly arrived in my city and transferred to the post office on the 19th of July.
So far, it has not shown up - last month's order likewise took a while, but not this long.
Is there a specific tracking number that you use for them? Last time I tried, none of the numbers were recognized by the local PO.

Unfortunately, it looks like the tracking information got dropped when the package got transferred from our standard mail courier (Mail Innovations) to the local post office. So, we have no further tracking information than what is displaying to you.
That said, it definitely looks like they are well outside of their delivery estimate, so I have set up replacement books with your August subscription shipment. If the originals happen to show up before the August order ships out, please let us know.

Not that we have seen as of yet. Returns can sometimes take awhile to make their way back to us.
