so, was doing some sjopping and came across this item called the bracelet of friendship. basically, you can call a creature atuuned to it to your location, now my question is, if you attune another player, at some unspecified point in the future when we are playing diffrent tables, can i just say, ''hey, sorry but we need you over here now!'' and how would that affect the chronicles?

Well, it only works on willing subjects - since the PC in question would be a de facto NPC at *that* table (since that player isn't sitting there), the GM would just say "he declines".
Really, it's not a practical item for PFS use.
I suppose you could key it to party members who are with you, and if you're some kind of amazing ninja scout, you could sneak into The Place and then bring folks in, but that's a bit situational for 19,000 gp!
(It would be fun to allow its use at multi-table specials, though!)
