Emarald Spire book missing from print pack addon

Hi customer service,

I backed the Pathfinder online kickstarter project with the print pack addon. The Emarald Spire superdungeon book was added to my downloads when it became available. Unfortunately the book was missing in the parcels I recieved. It is also missing in the order description. I double checked the kickstarter description- it should be there.

So far I wrote three emails to the customer service over the course of three weeks. I did not recieve a single answer nor a solution for the situation (and I checked my Spam folder).

Could someone be so nice to check what happened and how I could get my book?

I'm sorry to hear that this book was missing from your order! I'm also sorry that we haven't responded to your emails yet. We've been receiving a much higher volume of emails than normal over the last several weeks, and unfortunately, it is taking longer than we would like to get caught up.

We are still looking into what happened here, and what solutions we can set in place. We'll get back to you as soon as we have more information. I am sorry for any inconvenience in the meantime.

thanks for the info. No problem with the delay, if I would have gotten a short mail asking for patience I would not have spammed the paizo email adress ;-)

Hi Sharaya,

I reinstated my pathfinder subscriptions today (#2730360). Maybe you can slip the book into the next shipment? Or you reimburse the book as store credit. Should be enough for me to get it on amazon...
