is anyone willing to give away a race boon?
also when does wayang become available for use without a race boon?
My most desired races are
1. Skinwalker (skinwalker boons exist, right?)
2. Oread
3. Tiefling
4. Wayang (depending on how long until they become available)
I will accept anything people are willing to give away (even wayang, Kitsune, and Nagaji).

I think wayangs, Kitsunes and Nagaji all become available when the season 6 guide comes out, just before Gencon. Also for your teifling, if you can get into a game before the guide comes and get 1 xp you can keep it even after the guide makes the race unavailable.

Oldish boon. If you can get any race boon you shouldbe able to trade for one on the boon trading thread.

Stock up now! supplies are limited. Just play or DM a game with a tiefling as a tiefling and you're good to go do not play a pre gen

Yup, as long as you have a chronicle sheet dated before August 14th applied to the character you want as a Tiefling or Aasamar, that character will be grandfathered in.
