Could you associate my current payment method with my subscription? I appear to be unable to change it manually, as my payment methods do not display when attempting to alter it.

Sorry about that! The tech team should have this bug fixed sometime in the near future.

In the meantime, I have poked the correct payment method into place from our side, and you should be able to verify things here:
