I apologize if this is inane. But, I placed my order yesterday, and it is still listed under "pending". Also, I've noticed that the item is now listed as "back ordered". When I placed the order it was not listed as "back ordered". Will this affect my purchase, and if so how will it affect it?

Hi Luke,

It's a totally understandable (and not insane) question. Unfortunately, I do not have a perfect answer for this one, but here's my best guess:

It looks like there was likely an inventory issue with this particular item, which was not easily identifiable until your order was submitted. We do not actually have any available to us at this time, as our distributors do not have any, which is why is it now showing as on backorder.

So, the bad news is: we do not have any that we can ship right now. I am very sorry for any inconvenience.

The good news is: our distributor is showing that they are expecting a restock for this item. However, we do not have a current ETA on when that may occur.

Keeping your order in the system will basically "hold your place" in line for when we do get more in, and we will not finalize any charges until it actually ships from our warehouse. Alternatively, if you would like to make any changes to, or cancel, the order please let me know.

I don't mind waiting abit longer. But, As far as I know I've already been charged for the item. I don't want to be charged again for it.
