Sidecart Items Moved

Dear Customer Service-

It appears that 2 items that were in my side cart have moved into the Manage your Payment tab of my account. These items are as follows:

• Dungeons & Dragons Next RPG: Starter Set Order# 3122364
• Pathfinder Volume Two: Of Tooth and Claw Hardcover Order# 3059879

Could you please display these items back in the side cart section? Also, it is my understanding that the DnD Next Starter Set was to be released on the 15th of July and I was wondering if it could be placed into this months shipment. I await your reply. Thank you for your time and have a pleasant day.

Could you also tell me if the system still has my PACG Skull & Shackles with Character Add-On which I paid for last December. Thank you ever so much.

Dear Haunted Jester -

I have moved the Pathfinder Volume Two: Of Tooth and Claw Hardcover to your sidecart.

As for the Dungeons & Dragons Next RPG: Starter Set - I have moved this to the pending subscription order. You should get an email confirming the updated order information. Please note that we are still waiting for our shipment of these to arrive in the warehouse, so this may cause a slight delay in shipping the subscription order. That said, the warehouse should start shipping subscription orders tomorrow, and will be shipping them out over the next couple of weeks, so it may not delay things out of the norm.

Is there a status on the PACG of Skull & Shackles? As it seems to be in limbo as well. Thank you for your awesome customer service.

Both the Base Set and Character Add-On Deck for Skull & Shackles are slated for release next month, expect them to ship out with the rest of your subscription products. :)

We're currently expecting a release rate of one Adventure Deck a month for Skull & Shackles. Let me know if you have any other questions!
