Does anybody know any site or have a link somewhere where you can read off what is going on in the game before each scenario or adventure, because otherwise the game kind of feels stale story-wise

Perils of the lost coast does not really have a story. It is a small introductory adventure using some npcs from sandpoint. The only part of it that is an adventure is Blackfangs dungeon, which is the beginner box and is really just a small dungeon with out much story just the major sends you after something that has been eating livestock. The only thing we know about it is that it has black fangs. The blackfang story is also covered in the Pathfinder Comics
