Yes, those were nice. My change in living circumstances are partly to blame for that. I don't post at the same (relative) time anymore. As well, I typically only post from my phone, and for just a few minutes. Such are the perils of non-government employment.

My office neighbor here at work is back, apparently after several days in our other-side-of-town office. Damn! And here I'd been telling people he ran away to join the circus.

Just as I was set to leave work yesterday (already a half-hour late), I noticed I had forgotten to drink the cup of coffee I'd made an hour or so earlier. Instead of throwing it out, I figured I'd heat it up, transfer it to one of those little styrofoam cups in the coffee mess, and bring it with me.

As I was walking past my supervisor's office, he called me in to a short meeting with the controls lead. Another half-hour later, I finally got out the door.

I finally broke one of my cardinal rules and accepted a FB friend request from someone I work with. Normally, that is verboten to me, but this is a gal named Dallas. She's a nice kid. Dating the son of another co-worker, or so I've been told.

And the reason she stated for sending me the request - the picture I serepitously took of myself during a boring-ass Wednesday meeting, them posted to Facebook while some self-important douche was derailing the discussion.
