-Pathfinder Strategy Guide (preorder)
I have tried processing and confirming the order numerous times. Can you confirm this order was put in. This should be with the same payment info as on my subscriptions. Also please cancel any duplicate orders that may have been generated.

I am having a similar problem. I have tried submitting an order for several sale print products and 3 new subscriptions, and it is just cycling through a loop - "Place Your Order" just sends me back to the Shopping Cart.

I removed the one pre-order item and it went through fine, so that might be the part of the system giving you trouble.

Hey Soluzar,
This (as RussR suspects) may be due to the system having trouble processing the preorder items with your non preorder item. I see that you have a subscription and I've moved the three products to your sidecart to be shipped to you with a future subscription shipment. This should bypass the issue while minimizing shipping costs for you. : )
