Is there any where I get get the full Savage Tide adventure path?

Any ideas on where I can find the complete Savage Tide adventure path? I know it has never been released in book form

You can buy the PDF's i believe.(not sure anymore) though you might want the Dragon Magazine support articles as well as the Dungeon ones that had the adventure. Otherwise you can deal with amazon and stuff, and those get pricey pretty fast. Internet as well may help you.

Only some of the relevant Dragon and Dungeon magazine PDFs are available on Paizo's website. They didn't get the rest of them converted before Wizards of the Coast yanked the licenses back to prepare for 4e.

The Dungeon magazine support articles ("Savage Tidings") were really useful, so try to get the relevant issues of them too.

I know that there is at least one thread in the STap forum which lists the relevant issued numbers for both Dragon and Dungeon magazines.

I have all of the issues of Dragon and of Dungeon that pertain to the Savage Tide.
I could, hypothetically, scan the relevant articles.
I could then, hypothetically, e-mail those scans to someone who was interested.

So, seriously, would scanning and e-mailing constitute a copyright infringement?
