Missing promo card

I sent an email about this on 26 June and I have had no response (which surprised me more than the promo card being missing).

I'm very sorry we haven't responded yet. We are rather backed up on emails currently (June was a crazy month, for a number of reasons). It's taking us some time to get caught up, but we'll get you taken care of as soon as we can.

Just to let you know, I very carefully went through each card in the box, double checked the deck-box, sorted through all the packaging and the cardboard postal box...
