It looks like one of the items on your order (Player Character Folio) is on backorder, and was on backorder at the time the order was submitted.

Based on your current order settings, this order will ship when the backordered item comes in.
Additionally, please note that we do not finalize any charges until items actually ship from the warehouse. You may have seen a temporary authorization on your card from when the order was submitted, but that should have cleared from your account by now, as we have not used the authorization to finalize charges. I'm not quite sure what you mean by finding no customer service. I can find no previous attempts to contact us. For future reference, we can be reached in these ways:
1) By email at customer.service@paizo.com (please note that we currently have a lot of email backlog, but are trying to work through everything as quickly as we can).
2) Here on the Customer Service messageboards
3) When our phone lines are open, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 am to 5:00pm, Pacific Standard Time, at 425-250-0800.
If you've previously tried to leave a voicemail, and we have missed it, I do apologize. We've had a lot to catch up on and have had some occasional voicemail glitches.
