Okay, so previously I wasn't going to GenCon, so I avoided a lot of the threads about GenCon, but now I am going and am hoping to get all of my questions answered in one place. Here are a few:
1. How do I set my subscription up for pick-up at GenCon? Once it is set up, when and where will I be able to pick up everything.
2. Can I add a class deck pre-order to my sub for August. If so, can I also pick that up at GenCon with everything else?
3. Once everything is set up in this manner, will my card be charged, or will I have to pay for everything at GenCon?
4. I know that most of the events are already full, but might there be openings in events so that people could come in and just play, or is that unlikely?
5. Lastly, who is going?
Thanks!

1. After the July subscription run, Paizo will set up a way for you to go into your account and toggle your subscriptions to be picked up at GenCon. That won't be available until after the July subscription run though. They will also send an email when it is ready. See this post.
2. No. You can only set your actually subscription items to be reserved at GenCon. You can however purchase the Class decks at GenCon (while supplies last). You'll receive your 20% discount as a subscriber during checkout at GenCon. You'll have to pay 7% sales tax, but you won't be paying shipping costs. See this post.
3. According to this post from last year's GenCon, the GenCon pickup will be handled at the normal authorization spawning. So you'll get charged when the spawn the orders, but instead of sending it to you, they'll stick it in a big stack and take it over to GenCon for you.
4. Vic said something about "generics" being accepted at events if people don't show up. Not sure what that means. See this thread.
5. Not me, though perhaps next year.
EDIT: Links added.

Thank you very much Hawk. I wasn't sure when everything would happen and when I need to change all of the toggles and things like that. One of my concerns is that my wife and I are signed up for an event, but will need to get the class deck required to play, and we might be a little late in getting to the convention hall based on travel time. Oh wells, I guess we just stand in line like everyone else. Hehe.

I'll answer some of the things Hawkmoon left out.
3. You subscription items will have already been charged by the time you get there. Anything else you add on, like the class decks, you'll have to pay for there. I don't recall offhand if they can just use your payment info from your sub when buying additional stuff.
4."Generics" are generic tickets. You buy them for a set amount, I'm not sure what that price is this year. Then you can show up to pretty much any event, and if they have room, you trade in an appropriate amount of generic tickets to cover the event cost. So for the card game events you'd need $2 worth of tickets per person. Generally for sold out events you get in if there's a no show. If you're hoping to squeak in like that advice is to show up early as it tends to be first come first serve.
5. I am going. This will be my 20th GenCon in a row. Woot!
Even if you don't get into an organized play event I guarantee you that a few minutes wandering around the gaming areas will find you a pick up game. Or heck, if you buy the Skull&Shackles base set just get some space and set it up and wandering people will show up to play. You can get assigned an open table in most areas just by asking the people at the nearest "HQ"(indicated by large banners).

You'll need to bring a credit card or cash for anything you want to buy at the con—we don't have the ability to charge cards stored on your paizo.com account from the convention floor.
