These orders do not seem to come with redemption codes for the gift certificates/store credits. They show in order history, but not in my gift certificates.
This is an old issue, believe it or not :)
I am pretty sure the only way to redeem gift certificates is to contact customer support and tell them you'd like them redeemed.
The system has been having trouble finalizing gift certificates. The tech team is still looking into this.
In the meantime, we can manually apply them to an account as store credit; we just need to know if you want them applied to your own account or if the are for another recipient.

Oh, I know it's an old issue, as I've had it before, I just though it might have already been resolved.
Sharaya, I'll have both piddly amounts applied to my account, since I'm still pretty sure it's the only way to split payment.
Please don't overlook this issue because it was lost in the sea of customer service issues from the weekend.
