Submitted subscription order Sunday, got a "card declined" Monday, went back and rekeyed and hit Try Payment Method Again button. (Something odd went down with the "billing address" selection dialog when I first ordered, but all the currently listed data is correct.)

I've heard nothing since and the order is still listed as pending. Don't want to hit "Try Again" and be charged twice. What's going on, and can I expect a confirmation e-mail when the order goes through?

Sorry for any inconvenience or confusion with this order! It looks like this is being affected by a bug that's been popping up on some new subscription orders. Basically, the system is having a hard time setting the preferred payment method for the first order. This is something the tech team is working on fixing.

In the meantime, I have kicked things into place for your order/subscription, and it looks like it should be good to go now. I'll send you an email confirming the order information, and then you should get another email when it ships from the warehouse.
