KThis order contained the minis from my kickstarter reward but not any of the print pack materials I ordered. Ive been looking on the forums and havent been able to come up with any conclusive info as to whats going on with printed materials. I did see someone post about losing out on his print pack due to not doing his pledge manager correctly. So, lm wondering what the story is, am I in the same situation? What of the 100.00 I added to the pledge for those items etc.

From what I can tell at this time, you did not add the Print Pack Add-On to your Pledge.
The Pledge Manager has been permanently disabled on our side, as of June 20th, and we do not have access to make any additional changes. Additionally, the Print Pack Add-On has been sold out since May 29th.
According to Goblinworks, Backer update #81:

If you included $100 for the Print Pack Add-On in your original pledge on Kickstarter, AND you did not already select the Print Pack Add-On in the Pledge Manager, please email customer.support@goblinworks.com, and in the subject please state "Print Pack Add-On Request". Only do this if you added the funds to your ORIGINAL Kickstarter Pledge during the Kickstarter. People who added funds and selected the Add-On in the Pledge Manager are not affected. We need to know how many people provided the funds for the Print Pack Add On but did not include it in a finalized Pledge. We will work directly with those affected on a suitable resolution of the problem.

It looks like you will need to contact Goblinworks about this. If you had a remaining Pledge balance, its should have been transferred over to Goblinworks.
