Hi!

Just a got some questions on this one.

1. Why was this shipped separately instead of with my subscriptions? I do all my orders this way to save on shipping.

2. Also, never received an email about this when it shipped. Usually get these. Was it because it was a non-subscription preorder?

Hello!

It looks like this was submitted as pre-order to ship when it became available, rather than being submitted to the sidecart to ship with a future subscription order.

Our system show that we sent a confirmation email about it shipping on June 16th. Perhaps it got filtered to your Junk mail or something?

Nope, not in spam filter either. Funny because I've received emails for subsequent orders. Could be one of those weird Internet hiccups.

And could of sworn I set this to send with subscription, but found the original order email. Apparently I didn't. D'oh!
