I have sent support tickets to Paizo and Goblinworks. I backed the MMO during the Kickstarter. I did not respond to the emails regarding picking your rewards since I did it over a year ago. I did not get a chance to link my Paizo account through the "Kickstarter and Paizo Link Tool" before you closed the pladge manager. Now when I try, it takes me to a blank page on the Paizo site under "My Pledge Drives"! Any help is appreciated! Goblinworks sent me a response which didn't help at all since they wanted my Goblinworks account name, BUT I hadn't created 1 yet! Way to go Goblinworks! Guess you didn't read my support email!
The Pledge Manager has been closed on our side since the 20th, so we can no longer link things from our end.
I found the email that you sent to us, and attached your Pledge information, along with an additional explanation of your issue, and forwarded it to Goblinworks to look into again.
Alternatively, if I find out more information about what steps need to be taken by/for people who did not transfer information over in the Pledge Manager, but have not yet created a Goblinworks account, I'll be sure to let you know.
