Construct and Undead Template

Hello,

I was looking for a creature that combine templates of Undead and Construct to use in my campaign. Any book of Pathfinder ever published anything about it?

There are specific undead such as vampires and liches, but there is no "undead" template, and no creature I know of is a combination of both creatures types.

but I remember a book that had a undead with construct parts, like a frankenstein (no the flesh golem), but I cannot remember which book it was. Does anyone know what book is this?

3.5 had grafts you could add to characters. I forgot which books they were in.

The creature that i remember is more like a cyborg, a undead with mechanical parts. I found some months ago, but can not find again in my docs. In this days i had one idea for a new compaign using this tematic.
