The confirmation email for this order should have read that this order is: “expected to ship from the Paizo warehouse by Friday, June 20”
The warehouse processed lots of Kickstarter rewards orders on June 11th, which triggered the shipping notification. However, as there are so many packages shipping over a relatively short period of time, is it hard to pinpoint when any specific package may ship, which is why we gave it the estimate of the 20th.
Please note that at this time, it is also now looks like some of the shipping went over into early this week. We are trying to get everything out the door as quickly as we can, but the volume of packages this month is a lot for our fairly small warehouse to process. Almost all of the rewards should be shipped at this point.
Additionally, keep in mind that some tracking information may take up to a few days to update after shipping occurs.
At this time, we recommend that you periodically check tracking information. If you have not received a tracking update by June 27th, please let us know, and we would be glad to look into things further.
