Order 3148478

Hi, I've been periodically checking the order I made on the 6th and last week everything seemed fine and sounded like it was being shipped but now I found the message "Product(s) not in stock" all of a sudden. Is there any way I can get an update on my order?

It looks like most of the order is ready to ship, except for the following items:

Townsfolk Children
Pathfinder Miniatures: Depora Azrinae, Dark Elf

Which we are waiting to receive more of from a distributor. It looks like we've been having more trouble getting those in then we originally anticipated. Our current estimate for getting more into the warehouse is 4 to 11 business days.

Based on your current order settings, this order will wait and ship when those arrive. If you would like the rest of the order to ship sooner, you have a couple of options:

A) We can move these two miniatures to a different order, to ship when they come in, which would allow the rest of the order to ship now.

B) We can move these two miniatures to ship sometime in the future with pre-order 3149784, which would allow the rest of the order to ship.

C) We can cancel them from the order, which would allow the rest of the order to ship now.

Please let me know if any of those options work for you, or if you want to just leave it as is.

I guess I'll go with A. Will I have to manual separate the order or can it be done automatically?

Once orders are submitted, CS has to make changes from our side manually.

You should soon get two email confirming the updated order information, which are now order 3148478 and order 3172888.

The warehouse will probably be able to ship order 3148478 sometime tomorrow.
