a) Each settlement can train X things up to level Y. X always remains the same and is determined by which prebuilt settlement you choose. Y, however, is determined by the number of towers you have. Basically, every ability/skill/feat in the game has 20 levels. Every tower you own adds another level to the training available in your settlement.

The settlement of Aragon, (including its primary chartered company The UnNamed Company) fully support the effort to make Callambea the major trade hub of the North.

As a member of the Northern Coaltion, Callambea will enjoy the non agression from the banditry and wanton slaughter of the UNC. This protection will be exrended to caravans traveling specifically from Aragon, Freevale and Golgotha to Callambea and back to those settlements.

However, this protections is not exclusive. Prearrangements of safe passage can also be secured by other means. Amounts and forms of compensation will be determined in game when we have more information.

Just one little suggestion: if anyone will transport goods from A to B procuring Forgeholm's help for this endeavor will be much better idea. :D
