I noticed that my recent order 3134119 had shipped, but I don't have access to the digital files in my downloads yet. I'm leaving on a long trip with no internet shortly and was hoping to download them soon. Any help expediting this would be greatly appreciated!

This is currently a known issue that the tech team is actively working on fixing, but we do not have a resolution for it quite yet.
