I have a party of 6 PCs at 5th level that are escorting Ameiko to Magnimar. She'll be recruiting to get the Glassworks running again, while they testify against Lyrie and Orik before Justice Ironbriar.
It's been slow going in getting Book 2 started. The original target for the Skinsaw Man had to leave the group, and I had to use a lot of "around town" time to set up the new object of his attention. We've had LOTS of role-playing and virtually no combat time over our last few sessions. A couple players have expressed to me they're getting bored with all the role-playing and I want to interject some combat, fast. As it was, it was going to be 2 more sessions before they started the murder investigation. It looks like it will take a while after that to get to the Insane Asylum and then the ghoul farms.
I've looked around on the adventure finder, but can anyone recommend a good hack-n-slash that I can interject either into Magnimar or the road from Sandpoint to there? We're set to play this Sunday the 22nd and I want to do something a little more coherent than random encounters on the road while traveling. Perhaps having Ironbriar send them off on an errand to reinforce his position of authority?
TLDR - I need a 5th level module to sub into Magnimar or surrounding area this Sunday. The more combat focused it is, the better.

Dawn of the Scarlet Sun is set in Magnimar, and if i remember correctly was written for a group of 6 PCs of 5th level. It's a free download.
You may need to tone it down, i heard the bbeg of the module may induce a tpk to ill prepared groups.

Dawn is a natural for the players' forray into Magnimar; I'll use it myself.
Another one I will use can be found on dorkistan.com and can fit in easily while traveling to Magnimar.
These fine guys have written yet another one called Chopper's Isle. You'll need to up it for your group but their's a haunt challenge in there so fits perfectly as introduction to chapter 2, IMO.
Ruyan.

See the link to the post below. Haladir has some good thoughts.

Do you need a module (a whole new series of encounters and story) or do you just need a few interesting encounters?
What if they get attacked by the goblin ghouls or skaveling from Foxglove Manor on the way to/from Magnimar?
Are any of the players greedy? Could they be targeted by the Skinsaw cult while in Magnimar?
What if they rather than the Sandpoint guards are the ones to discover Grayst and the slain con men?
The list of modules from Haladir (link in post from Mark Twain) is really good. I'd add We Be Goblins, Too. It and We Be Goblins are free. They're written for goblin pc's but you might be able to manipulate them into encounters for your pc's.

I want to thank everyone for their suggestions. I went through them, Haladir's list, plus a little more exploration on the adventure finder.
Sadly, I can't use Dawn of the Scarlet Sun, as one of my players ran it during Free RPG day. I ran them through Chopper's Isle before they cleared Thistletop. I think I'll save Boggards in Brinestump for after they've finished Misgivings and before they return to Magnimar. One of the PCs has a close connection with Shalelu, so it'll be easy to side track them using her as bait :)
I think I am going to go with Revenge of the Kobold King. With it being 6 years old and changing the names and details around, it should be unpredictable for them.

Glad people found that list helpful!
I ran a homebrew encounter on the road to Magnimar. The party ran across the remains of "Redshiv" Bilger's gang. The brigands were posing as Magnimarian soldiers and had set up a fake checkpoint and toll. The paladin in my party made her Knowledge (nobility) check, and recognized that the guards' heraldry wasn't quite right, and called them on it. The overconfident gang reacted with violence... and got their asses handed to them.
Here's my campaign journal of that encounter.
About a year later, I built a character for a Magnimar-based PbP with a backstory of being a member of the Bilger Gang. I interlinked her story with my Runelords campaign purely for my own amusement.
