I thought that my miniatures had been shipped but I have not received them.

I checked today and they were sent on June 11th. Usually I receive shipments from Paizo in one day and on rare occasions two, even Pathfinder Battles cases.

But this hasn't arrived yet. I know it is too early to panic but I thought I would mention it in case there was a problem shipping or something on Paizo's end.

We started prepping these order for shipping on the 11th, which triggered the confirmation email. However, the warehouse is shipping out thousands of similar packages over a couple of weeks or so, along with our normal shipments. Because of this, the confirmation email you received should have read that it is:

"expected to ship from the Paizo warehouse by Friday, June 20 via Standard Postal Delivery, estimated 3 to 10 business days in transit."

On the 11th, the 20th was our estimate for when we expected to be able to get everything shipped out by. If your tracking information hasn't updated yet, it is likely that this has not actually left the warehouse as of yet.

Okay, I actually got the information from my orders page, rather than remembering the email. My orders page says shipped on Jun 11, I don't usually track things close so I am not sure it that is normal or in this case their is a glitch on the orders page.
