Payment Info Declined, Tried twice and charged twice

Hello, I was attempting to buy two metalcast figurines for the gunslinger and paladin classes and I was given the Payment Declined message. And then I tried again, as my bank account had money, and it declined again. When I checked my bank account, it double charged me even though it told me it declined, and I'd like a refund of one of those charges, as I still want to purchase the figures. The total amount was 18.14 for both charges.

Most often this problem has popped up when the address your bank and the address you gave Paizo do not match exactly. What you are seeing as charges are authorization "pings" which are done to make sure that you have the money for what you are ordering and should expire on their own. It's on your bank's side how long that takes.

Chavamana is correct (thanks, btw!). While your bank was willing to open the authorization, it mostly likely got decline by our credit card processing system. In that case, any open authorizations should expire from your bank in the near future. More details about our billing process can be found here:

After looking into things some more, it does appear that we are having problems with the address. Our credit card processor is really picky, so, most of the time when this comes up, it usually some very small difference between what your bank has on file compared to what is listed at the billing address on our site. Please double check that your billing address matches EXACTLY what your bank has on file.

If the system gives you any trouble updating the address from your side of things, feel free to send your address via email, and we can enter it from our side.
