Looking for details on what these city descriptions are intended to represent. I can take a guess, but want to make sure I am interpreting it correctly.
Base Value: Is this the maximum value of any one item of the player's choice?
Purchase Limit: Is this the maximum value of total items purchase? What would be the time frame that this would "reset"?
Magic Items(xdx Minor, xdx Medium, xdx Major): Are these random items that exist outside the scope of the above two categories?
